The firm
Field work is the whole job
Testing and inspection is not a report that arrives at the end of a project. It is a technician who shows up when the truck does, records what was actually placed, and produces a document that holds up when someone asks about it eighteen months later.
We built the firm around that: responsive scheduling, same-day field reports, and records organised for closeout from the first pour rather than assembled at the end. Laboratory analysis is performed by AASHTO-accredited partner laboratories, and engineering interpretation and certification are provided by licensed Ohio professional engineers.
Reserves Materials Testing & Inspection is the construction division of IT Reserves LLC, an Ohio company founded in 2020.
Background
Founder
Pierre Aimable founded IT Reserves LLC in 2020. He holds a civil engineering degree and spent five years as a senior field technician in concrete, soils, post-tensioning, and nuclear-gauge density testing before moving into technology delivery. The construction division brings that field experience back to Central Ohio at a moment when the region is carrying roughly half of Ohio's construction volume.
